What you will do:
- Drive strategic IT planning in partnership with the CIO and senior leadership, aligning technology initiatives with long-term organizational goals and emerging industry trends.
- Oversee daily IT operations, ensuring secure, efficient, and reliable system performance while implementing continuous improvements.
- Lead cross-functional IT projects from concept through execution, managing risks, timelines, budgets, and stakeholder communication.
- Develop and enforce IT policies, manage budgets, measure performance, and foster a high-performing, collaborative team culture focused on continuous improvement and compliance.
WHAT YOU OFFER
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
- 10+ years of IT experience, including 5+ years in a leadership role.
- Strategic thinking paired with tactical execution, project management expertise, and sound data-driven decision-making.
- Deep knowledge of IT infrastructure, applications, and security, along with strong communication, interpersonal, and compliance skills.
