Ascension Seton Williamson is looking to hire a Chief Medical Officer to join our team! Seton Williamson in Round Rock, Texas, is a regional hospital with 24/7 emergency care and is certified as a Level II Trauma Center. The hospital currently has 181 beds. A planned expansion will add 160 more beds, bringing the total to 341. This expansion includes a new six-story tower and additional outpatient care spaces.

- Lead and implement the clinical direction for the organization.
- Oversee the monitoring, measurement and quality improvement of clinical care.
- Collaborate, develop, and lead the implementation of operational plans.
- Develop and implement strategic goals related to the quality improvement and management programs.
- Oversee residency program(s) and maintain a competitive stance in recruiting graduates of the program.
- Assist in the development of medical information systems as they relate to improving patient safety.
- Represent the corporation to outside agencies, as appropriate, for community and outreach activities.
- Evaluate methods of improvement and recommend strategies for implementation. Implement as determined by the organization.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

- Licensed Physician MD/DO credentialed from the Texas Medical Board required.
Education:
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) or Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) or Doctor of Optometry (OD) or Doctor of Podiatric Medicine (DPM) required.
