This position carries ultimate authority and responsibility for decision making, program planning, and implementation of patient care delivery systems which promotes safety and well being of all patients within the facility. This position requires the ability to:

- Build customer loyalty among patients, physicians, employees and the community
- Possess technical and professional knowledge including exceptional leadership skills
Requirements
- Current Kansas State Registered Nursing License
- Bachelor's degree required, Master's Degree preferred
- Executive experience as a CNO/CCO or COO
- Minimum 5 years' Nursing experience in a hospital setting
- Knowledge of compliance requirements (ie; Medicare, Medicaid, TJC, etc) and federal, state, and local laws
