Reports To: Regional Superintendent
Education Requirements: Masters Degree with experience in education administration
Job Goal: To support the Mission and executive functions of the organization
Performance Responsibilities:
1. Support the Regional Superintendent and Assistant Regional Superintendent in reviewing and making recommendations for the Kane ROE Strategic Plan including participation and facilitation of deep dives into each Kane County district.
2. Act as an administrative resource to the Kane County ROE Cabinet in support of the direction of the Regional Superintendent and Assistant Superintendent as well as other cabinet level positions.
3. Support the Professional Learning Team in assisting School Districts with the development and/or support of strategic and school improvement plans.
4. Promote the long-term financial stability of Kane ROE and ROE/ISC alternative education programs across the state by supporting the work of IARSS and ICEARY regarding public policy efforts focused on Evidence Based Funding and other grants related to alternative education programs.
5. Support the Professional Learning Team in the development and facilitation of internal and external-facing capacity building focused on Equity in Education.
6. Other duties as assigned
Terms of Employment: Twelve - month year. Salary and work year to be established with the Regional Superintendent
Evaluation: Performance of this job will be evaluated by the Regional Superintendent
