Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop a high-volume ENT program that serves both adult and pediatric patients.
- Oversee clinical services in Head & Neck surgery, Rhinology, and Otology.
- Provide leadership in sub-specialty support and general specialty services for pediatric ENT.
- Foster a collaborative and team-oriented culture within the ENT department.
- Mentor junior staff, faculty, and residents, promoting professional development and academic growth.
- Actively participate in medical student education and contribute to residency and fellowship programs.
- Lead in the development of the ENT department, focusing on quality of care, patient safety, and operational efficiency.
- Develop and enhance academic and professional services, ensuring continued excellence within the department.
Key Qualifications:
- MD/DO with Board Certification in Otolaryngology and at least 5 years of experience.
- Proven leadership experience in academic or clinical settings with a track record of developing junior staff/faculty.
- Fellowship training preferred in subspecialties such as Head & Neck, Rhinology, or Otology.
- Strong background in high-volume ENT practice and experience with adult and pediatric care.
- Expertise in utilizing modern clinic facilities, including advanced technologies in robotic surgeries and updated ORs.
- Demonstrated success in program development, academic involvement, and leadership.
