Position Overview:
The Chief of Otolaryngology (ENT) is a leadership role aimed at overseeing and enhancing a high-volume, well-established ENT program. The position involves managing a comprehensive range of services, including adult specialties in Head & Neck surgery, Rhinology, and Otology, as well as general pediatric ENT care. This role requires an individual who is passionate about advancing patient care, clinical excellence, and education, and has proven experience in leading and mentoring a team of specialists.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and develop a high-volume ENT program that serves both adult and pediatric patients.
  • Oversee clinical services in Head & Neck surgery, Rhinology, and Otology.
  • Provide leadership in sub-specialty support and general specialty services for pediatric ENT.
  • Foster a collaborative and team-oriented culture within the ENT department.
  • Mentor junior staff, faculty, and residents, promoting professional development and academic growth.
  • Actively participate in medical student education and contribute to residency and fellowship programs.
  • Lead in the development of the ENT department, focusing on quality of care, patient safety, and operational efficiency.
  • Develop and enhance academic and professional services, ensuring continued excellence within the department.

Key Qualifications:
  • MD/DO with Board Certification in Otolaryngology and at least 5 years of experience.
  • Proven leadership experience in academic or clinical settings with a track record of developing junior staff/faculty.
  • Fellowship training preferred in subspecialties such as Head & Neck, Rhinology, or Otology.
  • Strong background in high-volume ENT practice and experience with adult and pediatric care.
  • Expertise in utilizing modern clinic facilities, including advanced technologies in robotic surgeries and updated ORs.
  • Demonstrated success in program development, academic involvement, and leadership.
