Experienced Chief of Staff required for forward thinking and highly innovative organisation developing advanced decentralised AI systems.
As Chief of Staff, your key focus will be to scale the business with responsibilities for hiring, onboarding and developing the exceptionally talented teams to be the best that they can be. Working collaboratively with the leadership team you will be responsible for strategic talent acquisition, development and leadership as well as delivering operational excellence across the business.
Your knowledge and experience:
- previous demonstrable experience in a similar Chief of Staff / Head of People role
- experience of operating at C-Suite level
- expertise in operational and strategic management and delivery of strategy
- outstanding project management, contract negotiation and legal compliance experience
- Excellent communication and people skills
