How You'll Make an Impact

The Chief of Staff (CoS) serves as a strategic partner to the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO), driving operational excellence across the revenue organization. This role combines strategic thinking with tactical execution to optimize the Revenue Org's effectiveness and advance key revenue initiatives.

What You'll Achieve
  • Strategic Support & Planning
    • Partner with the CRO to develop and execute strategic revenue initiatives, ensuring alignment with company objectives
    • Manage the annual and quarterly planning processes for the revenue organization
    • Lead special projects and cross-functional initiatives on behalf of the CRO
    • Create and maintain executive presentations and strategic documentation
  • Operational Excellence
    • Oversee the CRO's operating rhythm, including staff meetings, quarterly business reviews, leadership offsites and annual sales conference
    • Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) and dashboards for revenue operations
    • Identify operational inefficiencies and implement solutions to streamline processes
    • Coordinate with Finance to manage revenue forecasting and budget planning
  • Team Leadership & Communication
    • Act as a liaison with the CRO and their direct reports, ensuring clear communication and follow-through
    • Facilitate effective communication across Sales, Marketing, Product and Delivery teams
    • Ensure key messaging is reinforced to leaders both within the Revenue org and cross functional partners
    • Manage internal communications strategy for the revenue organization
    • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across the organization
  • Business Analysis & Decision Support
    • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform strategic decisions
    • Analyze sales performance data and provide actionable insights
    • Prepare briefing materials for key meetings and customer interactions
    • Drive data-informed decision-making across the revenue organization


Who You Are
  • What you'll bring with you:
    • 15+ years of experience in revenue operations, management consulting, or similar strategic roles
    • Proven track record of leading complex, cross-functional projects
    • Experience working directly with executive leadership
    • Outstanding analytical and problem-solving capabilities
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Strong project management and organizational abilities
    • Proficiency with data analysis tools and CRM platforms
    • Ability to influence without direct authority
    • Strategic thinking combined with attention to detail
    • High degree of emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion
    • Excellent judgment and decision-making capabilities
    • Adaptable and comfortable with ambiguity
    • Improvement in CRO's operational effectiveness and time allocation
    • Successful execution of strategic initiatives and special projects
    • Enhanced cross-functional collaboration and communication
    • Measurable improvement in revenue organization's operational efficiency

    • Reports directly to the Chief Revenue Officer
    • Works closely with senior leadership across Sales, Product, Delivery and Marketing
    • Collaborates regularly with other Chiefs of Staff and executive support functions

Base Salary: $200,000 - $240,000

Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon, but not limited to the individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location and application employment laws. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
