• Executive Support
  • Be the trusted partner to the CEO and other senior leaders, providing strategic counsel, insight, and critical support for decision-making. You'll serve as a sounding board for executives, helping prioritize projects and making sure they have the resources they need to succeed.
  • Accompany the CEO in executive meetings and critical meetings with key leaders in the crypto industry. This will include international travel opportunities.
• Strategic Planning
  • Work closely with the CEO and executive team to develop and refine the company's strategic vision and goals. Hold the executive team accountable to defined goals.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive threats, and growth opportunities.
  • Translate strategic objectives into actionable plans, initiatives, and metrics for tracking progress.
• Operational Management
  • Oversee the implementation of key projects and initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and timelines.
  • Optimize organizational processes and workflows to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Collaborate with department heads to address operational challenges and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Serve as a liaison between different departments, fostering collaboration and communication to ensure alignment with strategic priorities.
  • Facilitate cross-functional meetings, workshops, and decision-making processes to drive consensus and alignment on key initiatives.
  • Coordinate with HR to implement talent development programs and initiatives that support organizational goals.

Requirements

• At least 5 years in a previous strategic-leadership role, preferably as a Chief of Staff.
• Prior experience working directly with a Founder or CEO.
• Previous experience in an early-stage start-up is a must.
• An understanding of crypto concepts such as blockchain and web3.
• Previous experience working in FinTech or web3 industry preferred.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Proven ability to execute, maintain accountability, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Strong process and project management skills with attention to detail, proactive and well organized
• Self-motivated, critical thinker and adept at working independently and in a dispersed team environment covering multiple and varied tasks
• Intuitive, highly ethical, and comfortable to question and challenge
• Ability to travel as needed.
