What You'll Do:
  • Serve as the CEO's right-hand partner, managing scheduling, communications, and priorities while acting as a liaison between the CEO and key stakeholders.
  • Oversee and drive key initiatives, ensuring cross-functional alignment, timely execution, and proactive problem-solving.
  • Prepare high-quality board decks, reports, and presentations, supporting executive meetings with research and follow-up tracking.
  • Maintain confidentiality, track progress on key initiatives, assist in budget management, and ensure seamless office operations.
  • Draft and manage correspondence, coordinate travel and logistics, and facilitate smooth collaboration across leadership teams.


Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years in a Chief of Staff, Dental Director, Executive Assistant, or strategic leadership role, preferably in healthcare, DSO, or professional services.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with C-suite executives, board members, and external partners.
  • Strong ability to manage multiple complex initiatives, with excellent problem-solving, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills.
  • Highly skilled in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides), with experience in preparing executive-level reports and presentations.
  • Proven ability to handle sensitive information discreetly, work independently, and thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
