The Role:
We're looking for a world-class Chief of Staff to serve as a strategic right hand to our CEO and leadership team. This is a high-impact, high-trust role for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, loves solving complex problems, and is eager to be in the room where big decisions get made.
Location: In-office 5 days/week in Los Angeles
What You'll Do:
Act as a thought partner/"right hand" to the CEO-help drive strategic priorities and keep the company aligned
Coordinate board materials, investor updates, and critical communications
Be the eyes and ears within the organization for the CEO
Lead cross-functional initiatives and ensure execution across departments, with an emphasis on customer delivery and product
Own and refine internal operating cadence (OKRs, leadership meetings, planning cycles)
Dive into critical projects where gaps exist (strategy, operations, hiring, or crisis response)
What we're Looking For:
MBA from a top-tier school
2-5 years post-MBA experience in consulting (McKinsey, BCG, Bain), investment banking, or high-growth startups
Strong strategic thinking, analytical skills, and business acumen
Comfortable with long hours, full-time in-office collaboration, and a high-performance culture
Low ego, high EQ: can operate with discretion, humility, and trust
