About The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic Chief of Staff to serve as a right-hand partner to our CEO and executive team at TwelveLabs. The Chief of Staff will drive operational efficiency, oversee key initiatives, and ensure seamless communication across the organization, including Product, Engineering, Sales, and Operations.

This role requires a dynamic leader who can anticipate challenges, foster cross-functional collaboration, and execute high-impact projects that align with our company's goals. You will be responsible for ensuring that strategic decisions are implemented effectively, helping the organization scale efficiently while maintaining a strong company culture.

In this role, you will provide:

Strategic Leadership: Partner with the CEO and executive team to set strategic priorities and align them across teams. Act as a thought partner in identifying new business opportunities, improving processes, and resolving complex challenges.

Project Management & Execution: Lead and manage high-priority cross-functional projects, from ideation through execution, ensuring projects are completed on time and within scope.

Operational Excellence: Enhance and streamline business processes, driving continuous improvement across departments. Provide operational support by tracking KPIs, milestones, and deliverables to ensure maximum efficiency.

Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders, facilitating clear and transparent communication across teams and departments. Act as a liaison between the CEO and the rest of the organization to ensure alignment and execution of the company's vision.

Problem-Solving & Decision Support: Anticipate potential obstacles and proactively provide solutions that align with the organization's strategic goals. Analyze data to provide actionable insights that aid decision-making.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Foster a culture of collaboration, driving alignment across different teams. Work closely with the leadership teams from Product, Engineering, Sales, and Operations to ensure that business goals are met effectively and efficiently.

Ad-Hoc Leadership: Take on special projects or initiatives, including handling sensitive, high-stakes situations, while supporting the CEO in their executive duties as required.

You may be a good fit if you have:
  • 6+ years of experience in strategy, consulting, product, program management or a similar leadership role.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • High emotional intelligence and ability to build trusted relationships.
  • Proficiency in business software, including project management tools and data analysis platforms.
