As a hybrid role, this position is based in the Portland-Metro area, requiring time in each of the firm's three offices with ample opportunity to work remotely. With a competitive salary range of $95,000 - $125,000 annually, this role offers a unique opportunity to make a significant impact in a forward-thinking legal practice. Responsibilities
Lead human resources and mentor team members to foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
Oversee budgeting, reporting, and financial management processes to optimize financial performance.
Collaborate with Owner to establish and implement firm-wide systems, policies, and procedures.
Develop and implement strategies to streamline operations and increase efficiency across all departments.
Manage firm-wide development and implementation of marketing and sales plans.
Provide facilities oversight and oversee offices across multiple locations in Oregon.
Qualifications
Several years (7+) of experience in a leadership role within a legal firm or related professional services industry
Strong understanding of operational management and strategic planning that keeps the big picture in clear view
Proven track record of successful team management, training, and development, including fostering good interpersonal relations with team members and helping to safeguard and cultivate firm culture
Willingness to travel regularly to office locations, with the majority of in-office time in King City/Tigard.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in financial management and budgeting
