- Develop and implement effective business strategies and operational plans that align with company objectives.
- Oversee daily operations of the organization and the work of executives in various departments, ensuring effective resource allocation and performance management.
- Coordinate and optimize diverse operations to improve performance, quality, and efficiency across all business functions, including construction, support services, and client relations.
- Establish policies and procedures that promote company culture and vision, emphasizing efficient processes and a high-performance work environment.
- Conduct regular reviews and evaluations of operational effectiveness, analyzing processes and implementing improvements where necessary.

Requirements
- Master's degree in business administration, management, or a related field preferred.
- At least 10 years of experience in a senior operational management role, with a strong background in the construction industry.
- Proven experience in strategic planning and execution, and a deep understanding of performance metrics.
- Exceptional leadership and people management skills.
- Strong analytical thinking with a results-oriented approach.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to foster collaboration.
- Experience in managing budgets and financial performance, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
