Silotech Group is seeking a visionary and dynamic Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead our technology strategy and innovation efforts. The CTO will be responsible for driving the company's technological vision, leading the Research and Development (R&D) department, and ensuring the alignment of technology initiatives with business goals. This executive role requires a forward-thinking leader with a strong background in technology management, product development, and strategic planning.

Essential Role and Responsibilities:

• Technology Strategy: Develop and implement the company's technology strategy to support business objectives and drive innovation.
• R&D Leadership: Oversee the R&D department, fostering a culture of innovation and ensuring the successful development and deployment of cutting-edge technology solutions.
• Product Development: Lead the design, development, and delivery of high-quality products and services that meet market demands and customer needs.
• Technology Infrastructure: Ensure the robustness, scalability, and security of the company's technology infrastructure.
• Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing technology team, promoting a collaborative and innovative work environment.
• Budget Management: Manage the technology budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources and alignment with strategic priorities.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with the executive team, department heads, and external stakeholders to align technology initiatives with business goals.
• Market Analysis: Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions.
• Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards and manage technology-related risks.
• Customer Focus: Champion a customer-centric approach in technology development and service delivery, ensuring exceptional customer experiences.
• Innovation and Technology Advocacy: Acting as the key technology spokesperson for Silotech Group, both internally and externally.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in technology leadership roles, with at least 5 years in an executive or senior management position.
• Proven track record of leading successful R&D initiatives and driving technological innovation.
• Strong knowledge of current and emerging technologies, with a focus on cybersecurity, cloud computing, and software development.
• Excellent strategic planning and execution skills.
• Strong leadership and team-building capabilities.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with budget management and resource allocation.
• Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field (master's degree preferred).
