Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee mental health programs as Medical Director, ensuring top-quality care and program excellence.
- Diagnose and treat psychiatric conditions in children and adolescents using evidence-based methods.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver holistic, patient-centered care.
- Develop and implement clinical policies and procedures aligned with regulatory standards.
- Supervise and mentor clinical staff, fostering professional growth and high standards of care.
- Provide consultations and support to families and caregivers for enhanced treatment outcomes.
- Ensure accurate and compliant documentation to meet legal and regulatory requirements.
What You Bring:
- Board-certified or board-eligible in Child & Adolescent Psychiatry.
- Active medical license in Washington, DC.
- Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience; leadership experience preferred.
- A commitment to serving diverse populations in a community-based setting.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Schedule:
- Office Hours: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
