Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) - Telemetry I

Must-Have: Ability to float between Med/Surg and Telemetry

Job Description:
- Deliver exceptional nursing care in a telemetry unit
- Provide continuous monitoring of patients' cardiac rhythms and vital signs
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by a physician
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and team members
- Ensure patient safety and adhere to hospital policies and procedures
- Participate in ongoing education and training to maintain clinical competencies
