THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS
- Bachelor`s degree in HR, Business, or related field; Master`s and SPHR/SHRM-SCP preferred
- Proven track record in HR leadership roles across scaling, multi-site organizations, ideally with dispersed workforces
- Demonstrated success in M&A activity-from diligence to integration and change management
- Business-oriented mindset with ability to influence non-HR executives and connect people strategy
- Adept at operating in ambiguity, creating structure where there is none, and inspiring teams through change
- PE experience is a plus-but a builder`s mentality, intellectual agility, and emotional intelligence are essential
- Strong cultural EQ: knows how to balance enterprise standards with local nuance and lead with both strength and empathy
