The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in scaling cultures, driving post-M&A integration, and aligning talent strategies with business growth objectives. This leader will play a pivotal role in shaping Centri's culture, enhancing employee engagement, and ensuring the firm attracts, develops, and retains top-tier talent across its expanding footprint. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
$235,000 - $270,000

Core Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive people strategy that aligns with Centri's growth plan.
- Partner with the CEO, executive leadership, and advisory board to define the organizational structure, workforce planning, and talent needs for both organic growth and post-M&A integration.
- Act as a strategic advisor on all people-related matters, including leadership development, succession planning, and change management.
- Develop innovative retention strategies, including career development programs, mentorship, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Lead the HR aspects of M&A activities, including due diligence, cultural assessments, and seamless integration of acquired teams.
- Utilize tools such as eNPS and regular employee surveys to assess engagement, gather actionable feedback, and drive continuous improvement in employee experience and organizational culture.
- Develop and oversee a comprehensive performance management strategy and process to drive accountability and excellence.
- Design and implement learning and development initiatives that enhance technical skills, leadership capabilities, and technology proficiency, supporting team members' growth and career development.
- Oversee all HR operations, ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations across all jurisdictions where Centri operates.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and data-driven methodologies to measure HR effectiveness and its impact on Centri's business goals.
Qualifications:
- 20+ years of progressive people strategy leadership experience, with a track record of scaling firms to $100 million+ in revenue.
- Proven success in leading people strategies during periods of rapid growth and M&A.
- Strong background in professional services or a similar high-growth industry.
- Experience leading multi-office, geographically dispersed teams.
- Expertise in organizational design, workforce planning, leadership development, and change management.
- Strong knowledge of M&A due diligence, cultural integration, and post-close operations.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills, with the ability to build trust across all levels of the firm.
