Compensation & Benefits:
- Pay Range: $114,400 - $158,080
- Sign-On Bonus: $15,000
- Shift: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Weekend Coverage: Required every 3rd weekend
- Relocation Assistance: Available for eligible candidates

Responsibilities:
- Ensure the safe, effective, and cost-efficient use of medications
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams to optimize patient care
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medication records
- Monitor patient response to drug therapies and adjust treatment as needed
- Participate in pharmacy clinical initiatives and compliance reviews
Required Qualifications:
- Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) from an accredited institution
- Minimum of one (1) year of hospital clinical pharmacy experience
- Active license to practice Pharmacy in the State of Texas
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- A.C.P.E. accredited I.V. Certification
Preferred Qualifications:
- Completion of a PGY-1 residency in an acute care setting
- PGY-1/PGY-2 residency in a hospital pharmacy
- Board certification(s):
- BCOP (Board Certified Oncology Pharmacist)
- BCPS (Board Certified Pharmacotherapy Specialist)
