Certification: CompTIA SEC+ CE
Clearance: Active Secret or Higher
Education Level: Nice to have Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or a related field

Requirements / Qualifications:
- The Citrix Administrator is part of a team responsible for the effective implementation and operations of the Department's Citrix-based systems across the Department, including installation, integration and maintenance, performance tuning, and problem management
- Demonstrated experience in Citrix XenApp & XenDesktop administration, including application deployment, maintenance, and operational support Support the deployment of fixes and changes into the production environment
- Use work instructions/procedures to effectively and appropriately identify, categories and triage user / technological issues
