Key Responsibilities
- Manage litigation cases from inception through resolution
- Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and other legal documents
- Conduct legal research and analysis
- Represent clients in court appearances, depositions, and mediations
- Work closely with partners and senior attorneys on strategy and case development
- Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and internal team members
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
- Admitted to practice in Illinois
- Civil litigation experience
- Prior Medical Malpractice defense experience preferred
