Job Description
We are seeking a Project Engineer/Project Manager with 4-12 years of experience to provide both strategic and operational support to service center managers throughout the organization. The role involves designing and supervising construction projects, which may range from water and wastewater to land development and transportation, based on the needs of the Service Center.
Responsibilities
The position is based in our Mesa office. We are an employee-owned company, offering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $75.00/hr.

Job Description
We are seeking a Project Engineer/Project Manager with 4-12 years of experience to provide both strategic and operational support to service center managers throughout the organization. The role involves designing and supervising construction projects, which may range from water and wastewater to land development and transportation, based on the needs of the Service Center.
Responsibilities
- Design and supervise construction projects including water and wastewater, land development, and transportation.
- Estimate costs, personnel, and material needs for projects.
- Conduct studies and prepare written reports for clients.
- Take the lead on projects and supervise other engineers, E.I.T.s, drafters, and field personnel.
- Work individually or as part of a team for larger scale projects.
- Exercise a wide degree of creativity and latitude.
- Assist in business development efforts.
- Prepare statements of qualifications and proposals for potential clients.
- Civil engineering experience in water and sewer systems.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D.
- Experience in land development, stormwater, site development, grading, and drainage.
- Strong design and project management skills.
- Professional Engineer (PE) certification.
- Municipal engineering experience.
- Good communicator and developer of talent.
