Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Civil Engineer to join our team. The Civil Engineer will be responsible for the design, development, and construction of a variety of civil engineering projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of engineering principles and possess excellent project management skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop civil engineering projects, including site plans, grading plans, and roadways.
• Conduct feasibility studies and cost analysis to determine project viability.
• Perform site inspections to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and project specifications.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Participate in the planning and execution of land development projects.
• Develop and maintain project documentation, including drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
• Provide technical support and guidance to junior staff members.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in civil engineering.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and other design software.
• Experience with land development and grading.
• Excellent project management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
