Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and experienced Litigation Attorney with 3+ years of experience to join our team. This role provides an exciting opportunity to contribute to high-stakes civil litigation cases and collaborate within a dynamic legal environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a caseload of civil litigation matters from inception through resolution.
• Represent clients in court, mediation, and arbitration proceedings.
• Conduct legal research, draft motions, pleadings, and other legal documents.
• Advise clients and provide strategic counsel on a variety of legal issues.
• Collaborate with a team of experienced attorneys to develop case strategies.

Qualifications:

• Admitted to practice law in both Connecticut and New York.
• 3+ years of experience in civil litigation (required).
• Defense-side civil litigation experience (preferred).
• Experience in insurance defense (preferred).
• Employment law experience (preferred).
• Strong written and oral advocacy skills.
• Excellent analytical and organizational abilities.
