Civil Project Manager

Job Description

Selectek is hiring a Civil Project Manager in the Council Bluffs, IA or Omaha, NE areas.

Required:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
• Professional Engineer (NE or IA preferred)
• Civil or Municipal Design - 4+ years (8+ years ideal)
• Industrial and Infrastructure project experience
• Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
• Strong business acumen in project planning and management preferred

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

• Work with key clients to define project requirements, develop design criteria, and communicate priorities to the Project Team.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and estimates.
• Produce construction documents with an established team of experienced and skilled technical professionals.
• Provide detailed reviews on multiple projects at varying stages of design.
• Coordinate design efforts with public and private stakeholders.
• Provide Construction Administration services such as reviewing submittals/shop drawings, reviewing change order requests, and answering questions from the field.

Salary range: $90,000 - $125,000 plus a generous bonus program
Location of job: Omaha, NE
Hours and shift: 1st Shift; Mon-Fri 8AM-5PM (Flex schedule possible for 4-day work weeks)
Work from home: Flexible schedule once they have proven work competency
Work remote: No
Overtime expected: No
