Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage multiple land development projects, ensuring budgets, schedules, and client expectations are met.
- Oversee and mentor junior engineers and designers, ensuring high-quality project deliverables.
- Prepare design and construction documents and provide technical guidance throughout all project phases.
- Coordinate with permitting agencies, contractors, and stakeholders to streamline project execution.
- Attend meetings, make presentations, and ensure all project requirements and regulations are met.
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
- 8+ years of land development experience (residential, commercial, and/or industrial).
- 3+ years of project management experience within a land development firm.
- Active PE certification in North Carolina or ability to obtain within 6 months.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Location: Asheville, NC (on-site).
- Salary: $95K - $130K (relocation assistance negotiable).
- Schedule: Monday - Thursday (7:30 AM - 5:30 PM), Friday (7:30 AM - 11:30 AM).
- Work from Home: No.
- Minimal travel and overtime required.
