We are seeking a talented individual to join our team at Marsh as a VP level Client Advisor for our Asia Client Services (ACS) group based out of our New York, NY office. This is a hybrid role that requires working at least three days a week in the office. The successful candidate will lead daily operations from a support and administrative level, coordinating complex logistics and task assignments for client relationship projects while ensuring effective communication and problem resolution.

We will count on you to:
  • Act as the lead advisory colleague on medium-sized or moderately complex accounts, providing tailored risk management and insurance placement services to multinational corporations.
  • Cultivate a deep understanding of clients' business strategic priorities and risk management needs to deliver effective advice and solutions.
  • Present, develop, and execute renewal and placement strategies in collaboration with Advisory Leaders and Client Executives.
  • Negotiate and evaluate quotes from carriers, presenting evaluations to clients to ensure informed decision-making.
  • Maintain quality in all areas of client deliverables, ensuring client satisfaction through effective risk solutions and excellence in service.


What you need to have:
  • 8-10+ years of experience as a Commercial Casualty advisor/broker.
  • Strong communication and language skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, with advanced skills preferred.
  • An undergraduate degree or higher from an accredited university.

Marsh McLennan is committed to hybrid work, which includes the flexibility of working remotely and the collaboration, connections and professional development benefits of working together in the office. All Marsh McLennan colleagues are expected to be in their local office or working onsite with clients at least three days per week. Office-based teams will identify at least one "anchor day" per week on which their full team will be together in person.

The applicable base salary range for this role is $89,400 to $190,400.

The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
