The Client Engagement Manager for Metal Deco Technical Sales must have a vast knowledge of the Metal Deco industry, their processes, procedures, and challenges. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales and promoting our metal deco can pilot printing services to new and existing clients. You will work closely with customers to understand their needs, provide technical solutions, and help guide them through the process all things metal deco printing.

The Client Engagement Manager for Metal Deco Technical Sales must have a vast knowledge of the Metal Deco industry, their processes, procedures, and challenges. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales and promoting our metal deco can pilot printing services to new and existing clients. You will work closely with customers to understand their needs, provide technical solutions, and help guide them through the process all things metal deco printing.
Duties and Responsibilities Include:
- Identify, prospect and expand new business opportunities and customer base in the metal deco can pilot printing market and beverage, food and personal care industries
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers
- Provide detailed technical support internally and externally on metal deco can printing processes, materials, and products and offer solutions and advice on design, finishes, and production capabilities
- Prepare and present customized proposals, quotations, and presentations to prospective clients
- Ensure pricing and specifications are aligned with customer needs and production capabilities
- Collaborate with the production team to ensure smooth execution of customer orders, from initial inquiry through production and delivery
Qualifications Include:
- 10+ years of experience in technical sales or business development in the packaging print industry, with a focus on metal deco or similar technologies
- Consumer product company knowledge or experience, preferred
- Strong understanding of metal printing processes, including dry offset printing, inks, and coating technologies
- Proven track record managing client relationships and the ability to identify customer needs and present appropriate solutions
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical customers in a clear and concise manner
- Ability to travel as required to meet with clients, attend industry events, and visit production facilities
- Familiarity with the metal can manufacturing process is highly desirable
