Description:
This position is responsible for the leadership of the Client Operations group, the design and configuration of new client set-ups, supporting the client service group managers on process escalations, and quality assurance of product set-up configuration which meets best practice/standard processes across all schools. This team is responsible for the timely setup of each university's student health insurance plan administered by the company. This includes configuration across multiple systems and various carriers.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
- Manages staff, including prioritizing and assigning work, conducting performance reviews, and overseeing the development of direct reports.
- Oversee the implementation setup for timely completion and quality assurance (waiver and enrollment)
- Work closely with the PMO group supporting the implementation of new clients and new company initiatives.
- Drive continuous quality improvement initiatives and efficiencies targeting improved processes (waivers, eligibility, enrollment and customer care), and advance operational efficiencies and flexibility through repeatable and reliable processes.
- Create and manage control reports to analyze premiums, enrollments, and exploded rates for quality assurance and operational effectiveness.
- Lead group to assist Client Group Manager and Client Account Manager in providing the best solution for schools on best processes/practice, set-up and change requests, as well as training/documentation on new system features.
- Work closely with the Business Procedure Specialist to ensure all implementation setups remain compliant with business rules and procedures.
- Maintain a good working relationship with all Client Experience Group managers and representatives Communicate and interact effectively and professionally with co-workers, management, customers, etc.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or 8+ years of experience preferred
- 5-8+ years of experience in management roles
- Ability to manage staff (5 to 10 employees), while handling multiple projects
- Experience in the student healthcare industry preferred
- Previous user system configuration and data analysis experience preferred
- Superb attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills a must
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Proficiency in using Microsoft office software including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
