bout Job Role:
A Senior Sales and relationship professional having excellent hunting capabilities within the different LOBs in the Existing account with focus in the Banking & Financial services domain.
Required Qualification:
- 15+ years of industry experience in consulting focused on Banking and financial services.
- Experience in managing relationships and growing the account.
- Must have delivery experience in their career. Though leadership in Agile.
- Excellent communication, Client management.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Identify potential opportunities by qualifying within the existing client relationship in Banking & Financial services domain.
- Primary responsibility is managing an established account with 50 Mn + run rate.
- KPIs would include Revenue growth, Margin growth and Quality of Revenue.
- Good client relationship experience and be an account leader
- Opportunity Identification and ownership; validation and qualification of those opportunities through the solution-driven processes

- Close sales by building rapport with potential account stakeholders, including CXO level relationships; explaining product and service capabilities; overcoming objections; preparing contracts.
- Expand sales in existing accounts by introducing new lines of business.
- Generate revenue by developing market potential through forecasting, lead generation, qualification, and closing sales, recommending new solutions and services.
Additional responsibilities:
- Recommend new products and services by evaluating current product results and identifying needs to be filled.
- Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities.
- Accomplish marketing and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
- A client partner profile with minimum 15+ years of experience selling into existing accounts with a focus on Banking & Financial services domain. Should have handled large relationships and managed a portfolio of around $50mn.
