Description:
We are looking for a Client Partner to support and expand business within our existing client base. The ideal candidate will have experience managing hyper-growth accounts, building long-term relationships, and identifying opportunities to grow existing clients.

- Manage relationships with key clients, focusing on expanding business within newly acquired accounts.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for existing clients, understanding their needs and challenges to drive further engagement.
- Collaborate with internal delivery teams to ensure customer satisfaction and project success.
- Develop account growth strategies to maximize revenue from current clients by identifying new opportunities for collaboration.
- Partner with Microsoft teams to align strategies and ensure the delivery of innovative solutions.
- Actively participate in client reviews and strategic planning sessions, ensuring alignment between Optimus Info's services and client goals.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in an account management or client partner role, preferably in professional services or technology.
- Proven track record of managing and expanding key accounts.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize based on strategic importance.
- Experience with the Microsoft ecosystem, especially Azure, is a strong asset.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with Azure services and cloud platforms.
- Experience in Professional Services and knowledge of Software Development Lifecycle
- Experience with expansion strategies
