Description:
Associa is looking for a Director of Client support to join our team in Carlsbad, CA. The Director of Client Support Director works directly with the Vice President of Community Management, Director of Business Developer and Company President to provide support on multiple levels of the organization. This person will be directly involved in the process of onboarding new clients to ensure seamless transition to the management team as well as providing support during transitions while a new Manager is being assign to the property. The Director will also provide support to the team on accounts that transition internally to ensure client satisfaction is provided at all times during the transition period. The Director will also work closely with the Vice President of Community Management to support client retention efforts. Manager will report directly to the Vice President of Community Management.

Compensation:
80,000 to 85,000 depending on experience
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide oversight, support and guidance to team members involved in transitioning accounts.
- Serve as initial point of contact from operations team to new incoming accounts.
- Responsible for review and organization of incoming documents.
- Provide a positive and welcoming experience for new clients to ensure satisfaction and positive line of communication.
- Provide weekly and monthly reporting for transitioning accounts.
- Work with assigned team in initial setup of specific deliverables needed for initial management of the incoming accounts.
- Evaluates performance of assigned team members during transition and report back to VP of Community Management for additional support needed.
- Establish positive relationships with new clients as well as internal team members.
- Support team members at assigned client Board meetings as needed.
- Assist in client retention efforts on accounts specifically assigned and identified by VP of Community Management.
- Assist in preparation and follow up of client retention efforts.
- Active participation with company leadership.
- Support team and individual team members in maintaining and promoting positive and productive work environment.
- Other duties as assigned.

Compensation:
80,000 to 85,000 depending on experience
- Bachelor's Degree Required
- CAI or CACM education and designations preferred.
- 3 - 5 years of directly related or closely related experience
- 3 - 5 years of Management and/or Supervisory experience
- 3 - 5 years of Community Association experience
- Knowledge of GAAP at a proficient level.
- Knowledge and understanding of Community Management Operations.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) at an expert level.
- Knowledge of typical business correspondence (grammar, structure, punctuation, spelling, etc.) at an expert level.
- Professional communication skills (phone, interpersonal, written, verbal, etc.).
- Self-motivated, proactive, detail oriented and a team player.
- Confidentiality and discretion in the performance of all duties and responsibilities.
- Time management and time critical prioritization skills.
