Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary contact for managing client relationships and providing exceptional service.
- Partner with Portfolio Managers to address client needs and develop tailored wealth planning strategies.
- Mentor and manage Client Service Associates, guiding them in creating customized client presentation materials.
- Attend client and prospective client meetings and events to strengthen relationships.
- Support business development initiatives, contributing to the firm's growth.
- Act as a relationship liaison coordinating with external professionals such as estate attorneys and accountants to enhance the client experience.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree.
- 5-10 years of experience in wealth management.
- Active Series 7 & 66 licenses.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on client outcomes.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Credentials such as CFP, CPWA, or CTFA (or willingness to obtain).
- Advanced degrees (MBA, CPA, or LLM).
- Series 24 license (or desire to obtain).
- Experience with platforms like Addepar, Salesforce, Schwab, and/or Fidelity.
