Client Service Manager - Business & Professional

Banesco USA is seeking a Client Service Manager - B&P for our East Doral Branch.
Primary Job Duties
- Oversees the branch's operations ensuring a high level of quality control for the Client Service Specialists ensuring the branch runs safely and soundly.
- Contributes to the overall profitability of the branch through costs controls, income generation, branch marketing and cross-selling efforts.
- Responsible for the capturing of deposits for the branch in order to achieve the established goals.
- Responsible for completing on a timely basis all requests from BSA, answering KYC, ECS and RFI's on a timely basis.
- Coordinates the branch operations of opening and closing the branch, servicing the vault, ordering currency and assists in balancing the vault currency and coins.
- Responsible for assisting the staff in balances when differences arise as it relates to general ledger accounts and maintain accurate balancing records.
- Responsible for preparing accurate operational reports initiated by the Bank's data processor along with miscellaneous internal reports.
- Responsible for compliance of the processing all new retail and commercial accounts while assisting staff with any inquiries.
- Ensures the compliance of security precautions and protect customer deposits, bank assets and staff.
- Responsible for the achieving a satisfactory audits and quality control including but not limited to audit of daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly branch activity logs.
- Responsible of processing NSF and overdraft processing; holds and stop payments; acceptance and research procedures for a variety of legal processes; ATM duties; documentation and procedures required for accounts involving the death of account holder(s); incoming and outgoing collections; incoming and outgoing wires requests.
- Responds to inquiries from both internal and external customers in reference to customers' accounts and/or transactions ensuring completeness of inquiries.
- Responds and resolves complex issues and/or transactions for customers and branch staff.
- Promotes sales culture to the branch staff to promote deposit generation, referrals and cross-selling efforts.
- Responsible for training the branch staff on policies and procedures of the branch's operations.
- Provide support and coverage to other South Florida branches as needed.
- Responsible for completing annual training program assigned.
- Performs other functions and/or duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration preferred or equivalent experience.
- Experience: Three (3) years of experience in Retail banking and managerial role or equivalent experience.
- Advance computer skills including but not limited to proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.)
- Must be bilingual in both English and Spanish. Ability to fluently speak, understand, read and write both languages.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, ability to communicate at all levels of the organization.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy and the ability to multi-task, with strong organization, time-management and prioritizing skills.
- Strong customer service skills, ensuring satisfaction of both internal and external customers.
- Advance knowledge in branch operation activities, terminology and products and services.
- Knowledge of selling and cross-selling techniques to provide customers with the bank's products and services.
- Advance knowledge of related State and Federal banking compliance regulations and operational policies.
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills make determination to providing customers with solutions.
