Process new account paperwork
Resolve routine and complex client service issues in a thorough and expeditious manner, utilizing sound judgment with an emphasis on courtesy and communication
Leading weekly team meetings
Heavy client interaction
Track and manage all aspects of asset movement
Maintain comprehensive knowledge of, and interact with, the multiple investment management platforms
Maintain strong working relationship with financial planning team
Keep the practice up to date on all compliance activities
Manage onboarding process with new clients including communication
Coordinate activities with firms' service team regarding specific tasks

Requirements

Operations, Trades
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3+ years of experience in financial services support or operations role.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ideal candidate is extremely well organized and detail oriented.
  • Must be client-oriented and eager to provide great customer service.
  • This person must be a team player, and able to work well with the firms' general service team.
