The Rainmaker Family is fast-paced, dynamic, and ever-changing. Our work hours may flex up after launch weeks and flex down certain times of year due to seasonality. There may be times we need to work odd hours or even on weekends. Our Client Success Managers are willing to help out more when needed while still prioritizing health and rest in the process.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Student Engagement and Experience
- Maintain 40 calendar slots available each week for 30-min student calls
- Book a 30-min call with each student assigned to you every 2 weeks
- Provide personal onboarding to new students
- Keep students engaged and milestone progress on track
- Support students in overcoming walls, provide encouragement, and answer their questions
- Update student progress (milestones), engagement, and provide a short summary of your call at the end of each student call
- Book calls with Mastermind students who are eligible for renewal or interested in coaching packages to offer advancement options
- Ensure a positive experience to encourage continued collaboration with The Rainmaker Family
Student Call Preparation
- Complete agenda items from previous calls
- Review notes and plan strategies for next steps
- Reach out to book calls and assess client needs
- Create a student roadmap during the initial onboarding call for clear next steps using the client tracker
- Monitor student progress weekly, adjusting tracker dates as necessary
Asynchronous Student Support
- Check in daily with clients, responding to messages within 24 hours during business hours
- Connect students with coaching specialists, resources, and course material
- Keep moving forward on their progress in between student calls
Community Engagement
- Participate in weekly Mindset Monday calls for the Mastermind community
- Co-host relatable topics for breakthrough for Mindset Monday
- Host weekly Welcome Calls for new students, guiding them through the Rainmaker Training Portal
- Welcome new students and engage on welcome posts in the Rainmaker community app / Slack
Daily Team Meetings
- Attend daily team meetings, be on time, and be fully present
- Bring Personal, Professional, and Student Wins to share
- Celebrate team members who exemplify the Rainmaker ethos
- Participate in student call reviews and training provided by team leader
End of Day Reports
- Submit an end of day (EOD) report to team leader by COB Monday-Friday
- Include on your EOD report:
- New Students
- Scheduled Calls
- Calls Taken
- Sales and Revenue
- Wins / Support Requests
Weekly 1:1
- Attend weekly 1:1 with team leader, be on time, and be fully present
- Bring questions, issues, celebrations, and student call to review to the meeting
- Complete agenda items from the previous 1:1 before the next meeting
- Be open to feedback from team leader
- Bring any support requests to team leader
Sales Targets and Compliance
- Provide monthly projections to the Success Coach Manager
- Offer weekly updates on pacing for projections (included in Friday EOD report)
- Ensure all data reported is accurate and up to date
- This includes sales, revenue, student progress, student updates, and KPIs
Team Communication
- Check Rainmaker Family & Rainmaker Mastermind Slack workspaces in the morning and before clocking out.
- Complete tasks in Monday.com daily and promptly
- Collaborate with the Success Coach Manager to address issues
- Check Rainmaker email daily and clear notifications and inboxes in Monday.com.
RESULTS
- 20% Closing Percentage on Coaching Extension Offers
- 10% Closing Percentage on Advancement Offers (KPI will be updated in 6 months)
- 10% Closing Percentage on Coaching Connection Offers (KPI will be updated in 6 months)
- 10% Closing Percentage on Mastermind Renewal Offers (KPI will be updated in 6 months)

AGREEMENT TERMS
- If for any reason you are unable to complete the duties outlined within your role or will be out for a certain period of time, let your Team Lead know as soon as possible to make proper arrangements.
- 90 Day Trial

- Daily Check-Ins w/ Team during Business Week

- KPI Standards
- Churn: < 3%
- Extension Offers: > 20%
- Other Offers: > 10%
- Student Progress: > 80%
- Student Engagement: > 80%
- Hours: 40 hrs/week
- Capacity: 40 - 70 clients
- Based on the volume of incoming clients
- Base Pay: $32/hr (90 day trial as Full-Time Contractor)
- Base Pay: $5,000/month for Senior CSM (employee position) after 90 day review
- Additional Benefit Potentials:
- Rainmaker Time Freedom Benefits: We'll Cover Your Laundry or House Cleaning
- 7% uncapped commissions on all revenue generated
- On Track Earnings (OTE) at 20% (KPI) for Extension Offers
- @ 20% = Additional $21k+/yr
- @ 30% = Additional$31.5k+/yr
- (these are based on an average number of new students per month)
- You are eligible for additional commissions from other products and offers
