Role: Client Success Manager
Location: San Leandro, CA (3 days onsite)
Duration: 3+ Months C2H

Description: Candidate will provide support for troubleshooting a wide variety of SHIE issues and coordinating problem solving efforts, as well as managing relationships with certain data sharing partners. This will be an exciting and varied position and will require someone who is highly relational and intuitive, organized and detail-oriented, yet flexible and a creative problem-solver. Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), people and computer skills are essential. This position is a liaison to many of our non-clinical SHIE partners and is a doer.

Skillsets Required:
5-7 years of health care experience
Knowledge of Health Information Exchange
Knowledge of electronic health records
Principles, practices, funding sources and administrative requirements in the program area to which assigned.
Principles and practices of program planning and evaluation, and project management.
Principles and practices of direct client service delivery.
Practices and techniques of programmatic analysis and report preparation.
Knowledge of applicable federal, state and local laws, rules and regulations for data sharing.
Computer applications related to the work.
Office administrative practices and procedures, including records management and the operation of standard office equipment.

Job Duties:
Part of the Program Strategy team, act as the primary ongoing program contact for some of the SHIE and CHR clinical and non-clinical partners
Represent project leadership at meetings and with internal and external stakeholders
Provide technical assistance and broker other necessary supports for client-facing staff of partner organizations
Conduct research and analysis for troubleshooting a wide variety of issues using quality improvement methods
Capture complex concepts and put into accessible written and visual formats; use program data to write and develop narrative descriptions for trainings and presentations on a wide variety of subjects
Create professional documents for a wide range of purposes and audiences using Visio, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Liaison between Onboarding Team and program as needed
Take on a variety of special projects as needed
