Position Overview: SeaView Community Services is seeking an experienced and dedicated Clinical Director to oversee our outpatient services, which include Assertive Community Treatment, Home-Based Family Treatment, Outpatient Mental Health and Substance Use Disorder services, and our 7-bed Sober Living facility. This leadership role requires a strong clinical background, a commitment to community-based care, and the ability to lead a multidisciplinary team in delivering comprehensive behavioral health services to individuals and families.

Position Overview: SeaView Community Services is seeking an experienced and dedicated Clinical Director to oversee our outpatient services, which include Assertive Community Treatment, Home-Based Family Treatment, Outpatient Mental Health and Substance Use Disorder services, and our 7-bed Sober Living facility. This leadership role requires a strong clinical background, a commitment to community-based care, and the ability to lead a multidisciplinary team in delivering comprehensive behavioral health services to individuals and families.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage operations of Assertive Community Treatment (ACT), Home-Based Family Treatment, Outpatient Mental Health and Substance Use Disorder services, and Sober Living, ensuring high-quality care and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Provide clinical supervision and guidance to licensed and non-licensed staff, supporting their professional development and ensuring the delivery of effective, client-centered care.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure integrated care and a seamless continuum of services for clients.
- Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans tailored to individual and family needs, promoting recovery and well-being.
- Ensure effective program operations, including budget management, staffing, and resource allocation.
- Lead outreach efforts and establish collaborative relationships with community partners, referral sources, and other stakeholders to support program growth and accessibility.
- Foster a trauma-informed and recovery-oriented environment for both clients and staff, emphasizing client empowerment and family engagement.
- Oversee data collection and reporting to support program evaluation and improvement efforts.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field.
- LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker) preferred; LPC (Licensed Professional Counselor) or LMFT (Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist) will also be considered.
- Must be currently licensed or eligible for licensure in Alaska.
- Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience in outpatient behavioral health services, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Demonstrated experience in community-based treatment, mental health, and substance use disorder services.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to lead a multidisciplinary team in a dynamic, client-focused environment.
- Knowledge of trauma-informed care, recovery models, and family-centered treatment.
