- Franchise facing support to drive revenue. Targeted accounts will be assigned.
- Partners with Sales to support execution of new and existing business in support of BrightStar Care's overall national accounts and regional partnership strategy. Provides support to sales leaders by conducting client meetings, helping to facilitate by organizing and lifting project that are revenue driving opportunities.
- Understand network capabilities of current product offerings, identify weaknesses and challenges for the Franchisee's and develops training or processes to resolve these challenges.
- Meet with National Account Sales Team to understand and document partner requirements. Analyze partner needs and Lead High Level Solution Design during sales process to craft appropriate support for BrightStar Owners and staff
- Meet with Central Intake staff to discuss declines of business, formulate a plan to address the declines that may include working with the partner and continue to drive revenue via Central Intake.
- Maintain library of project management templates and other supporting content and develop new content as required with maximum reuse of past proposal content.
- Serve as voice of partner and SME that understands partner requirements during solution development. Work closely with Product Development to develop partner specific solutions.
- Acquires understanding of partner organization and stays abreast of changes and external conditions in their account's sub-sectors that may impact accounts and makes appropriate recommendations to protect and grow BrightStar market share with accounts
- Develops new business from existing accounts and assigned leads, and contributes to meeting departmental production goals. Identifies and follows-up on cross-selling opportunities when appropriate.
- Conduct on-going trainings for Franchisee's and staff to ensure we are driving maximize revenue
Required Skills
- At least 3 years of experience and demonstrated proficiency in a healthcare sales support or account management role successfully supporting multiple accounts simultaneously with history of succeeding in a metric oriented organization and can demonstrate that you have exceeded revenue targets and year over year growth.
- Industry Knowledge: A minimum of 3 years' experience working closely with post acute or home healthcare providers, health systems or health plans is a plus
- Business Acumen: Proficient at uncovering key business issues and providing insightful, actionable recommendations for improvement.
- Change Management: Evidence of successful past experience helping others manage change in their organizations; a strong aptitude for problem-solving, negotiation, and mediation skills
- Ability to travel periodically (domestic) in support of accounts and franchisee teams.
- Strong communication skills and ability to perform effectively in a demanding environment.
- The ability to successfully manage multiple concurrent tasks/projects and meet deadlines.
- Demonstrated proficiency with computer systems, including but not limited to Microsoft Word, Powerpoint, Excel and Outlook and SalesForce, Zoho or other CRM.
