We are looking for a Clinical Director in Women's Health to play a key role in shaping Oura's future products and services.

Oura takes a market-based approach to pay, which may vary depending on your location. US locations are categorized into tiers based on a cost of labor index for that geographic area. While most offers will be closer to the starting range, successful candidates' pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, internal peer equity, and market conditions. These ranges may be modified in the future.

What you will do:
- Collaborate with the Chief Medical Officer to define the company's vision and strategy for Oura's future products and services in Women's Health, including but not limited to the following areas:
- Product
- Lead and inspire the team towards an ambitious and achievable short and long term product roadmap
- Support product development for hardware and software features that span a women's life course
- Work directly and iteratively with engineering, algorithm and design teams on feature specifications
- Shape the roadmap for regulated features while ensuring adherence to healthcare regulations
- Support study design, documentation and communication of regulated health products
- Research
- Prioritize research study design that has an eye on near and long term feature needs
- Write, edit and work towards publication of key scientific findings that support product trust and brand reputation
- Be the face of Oura in Women's Health by sharing research in forums that reach fellow researchers, clinicians and consumers, across appropriate channels (conferences, panels, video social platforms, etc)
- Identify and engage with external researchers looking to use wearable data in their health work and support them through study design as it relates to use of our tools
- Commercial Partnerships
- Represent Oura in discussions with healthcare payers and providers on program design and clinical outcomes of interest
- Work closely with Oura's existing enterprise healthcare customers to plan the expansion of existing programs
- Understand and influence the vision of hardware and software in the healthcare space, ensuring that product roadmaps will deliver features that add value to health systems, insurers and consumers as patients
This is a remote US role.
Requirements
We would love to have you on our team if you have:
- Licensed OB/Gyn (i.e., MD or DO) with 15+ years of clinical experience and a track record of driving digital transformation for women's health products
- A deep understanding of wearable health technology and the potential for patient generated health data to transform care delivery
- Past experience driving large and complex partnerships for innovative digital health programs
- A demonstrated ability of working cross-functionally with software, hardware and science teams to develop exceptionally well designed digital health programs
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to develop strong working relationships
- A dedication to holding yourself accountable for hitting goals and metrics
