Project Patch in beautiful Garden Valley, Idaho seeks a Clinical Director
Up to $5,250 tax free student loan repayment annually. Qualifies for Federal Student Loan Forgiveness.
*Located in beautiful Garden Valley, Idaho on the banks of the Payette River. 1 Hour North of Boise*
$5,000 sign-on Bonus, moving reimbursement, and monthly student loan reimbursement.

Project Patch is an Idaho State licensed and The Joint Commission accredited faith-based Adolescent Residential Treatment Center
Supervisor Responsibilities:
Provide supervision of all therapists, therapist interns, including clinical supervision hours.
Provide oversight of all clinical records and therapy
Conduct weekly treatment team meetings
Maintain adequate therapist coverage in scheduling, including on-call coverage, and plan for
periods of absences
Field occasional phone inquiries/concerns from parents/guardians
Facilitate monthly psychiatric medication management appointments
Liaison with psychiatric providers when needed
Ensure program fidelity and adherence to utilized therapy models (Dialectical Behavioral
Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) and Trust-Based Relational Intervention
Plan and facilitate at least two Parent Weekends per year
Conduct evaluations and competencies for therapists as required
Provide on-call administrative/therapist assistance after hours
Organize Home Leave schedule
Communicate with insurance billing team when necessary
Review applications and conduct interviews for prospective client
Work with Admissions Director in conducting intake of new clients
Therapist Responsibilities:
Carry a small caseload of clients, initially, in order to learn and understand the program
journey
Help conduct individual, family, and group (DBT, Nurture, and Processing) therapy, as well as
crisis intervention
Maintain documentation for individual client files
Respond to insurance requests for client information
Provide weekly communication with parents through email or phone calls
Set expectations/boundaries for client on and off campus visits
Maintain communication logs
Work with shift supervisors to assure satisfactory completion of required documentation
Provide feedback to psychiatric medication monitor on clients' progress, including medication management
Communicate with medical professionals
Seek opportunities to connect with clients and youth mentors through participation in daily
activities
Support youth mentors as needed
Attend dorm staffing meetings
Administrative responsibilities
Assure implementation and communication of administrative decisions
Support the development, revision, and adherence to program policies and procedures
Respond to the needs of youth mentors, prepared to help fill in if needs arise
Attend general and departmental staff meetings
Attend new employee interviews, as needed
Help conduct monthly staff trainings
Provide on-call administrative assistance.
Ensure fidelity of the Steps to Success Program by providing psychoeducational information
and modeling
Maintain open and appropriate lines of communication
Promote and abide by policies, procedures, and standards of care
Provide for the care, welfare, safety, and security of the clients
Includes occasional travel for networking and leadership development
Other duties as assigned
Encourage spiritual growth in clients by living a life consistent with Christian principles, and
mentoring clients on spiritual issues through prayer, personal example, and discussion.
Training Requirements
Complete annual de-escalation and containment training
Complete CPR/First Aid training every two years
Complete Trust-Based Relational Intervention Practitioner training
Maintain a minimum requirement of 20 hours of ongoing training annually
