Project Patch, a licensed and accredited behavioral residential treatment facility located in the picturesque Garden Valley, Idaho, is currently seeking a Clinical Director.

Project Patch is a non-profit Christian-based residential treatment center for adolescents aged 12-17. Children attend our program because they are starting to make unhealthy decisions, and community-based interventions have not been successful. Our program is licensed by the State of Idaho as a Child Residential Treatment program for up to 40 clients and employs 40 staff.

Responsibilities:
- Provide supervision for all therapists and therapist interns, including clinical supervision hours.
- Oversee all clinical records and therapy sessions.
- Lead weekly treatment team meetings.
- Ensure adequate therapist coverage in scheduling, including on-call coverage, and plan for periods of absences.
- Handle occasional phone inquiries/concerns from parents/guardians.
- Facilitate monthly psychiatric medication management appointments.
- Liaise with psychiatric providers when needed.
- Ensure program fidelity and adherence to therapy models such as Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Trust-Based Relational Intervention.
- Plan and organize at least two Parent Weekends per year.
- Conduct evaluations and competencies for therapists as required.
- Provide on-call administrative/therapist assistance after hours.
- Organize Home Leave Schedule.
- Communicate with the insurance billing team when necessary.
- Review applications and conduct interviews for prospective clients.
- Work with the Admissions Director in conducting the intake of new clients.
- Provide feedback to psychiatric medication monitor on clients' progress, including medication management.
- Communicate with medical professionals.
- Manage a small caseload of clients initially to learn and understand the program journey.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Engage with clients and youth mentors through periodic participation in daily activities.
- Support youth mentors as needed.
- Attend dorm staffing meetings.
- Assist with administrative responsibilities.
- Ensure fidelity of the Steps to Success Program by providing psycho-educational information and modeling.
- Maintain open and appropriate lines of communication.
- Promote and abide by policies, procedures, and standards of care.
- Ensure the care, welfare, safety, and security of the clients.
- Occasionally travel for networking and leadership development.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Complete annual de-escalation and containment training.
- Complete CPR/First Aid training every two years.
- Complete Trust-Based Relational Intervention Practitioner training.
- Maintain a minimum requirement of 20 hours of ongoing training annually.
- Encourage spiritual growth in clients by living a life consistent with Christian principles.
