Responsibilities

The Clinical Informaticist RN is accountable for promoting E.H.R. Alliance functions to enhance the delivery of patient care through education, role modeling, quality improvement, program development and coordination.

This person will sit at our office in Grass Valley, California.

Qualifications

This person will sit at our office in Grass Valley, California.

Minimum:
  • California RN license
  • 3 years experience in a hospital setting involved in patient care
  • Special skills required include: ability to learn and teach clinical IT systems; regulatory/accreditation agency standards; ability to maintain the confidentiality of patient information, reports, transactions, and records; effective oral and written communication skills; interpersonal relationship skills; current trends and issues in healthcare; ability to work in fastpaced environment; problem solving skills;
    organizational and prioritization skills; ability to type accurately and rapidly.
  • Current nursing techniques, principles, and practices; staff development and needs assessment techniques; and expertise with computer applications in a Windows based environment
