Qualifications
This person will sit at our office in Grass Valley, California.
Minimum:
- California RN license
- 3 years experience in a hospital setting involved in patient care
- Special skills required include: ability to learn and teach clinical IT systems; regulatory/accreditation agency standards; ability to maintain the confidentiality of patient information, reports, transactions, and records; effective oral and written communication skills; interpersonal relationship skills; current trends and issues in healthcare; ability to work in fastpaced environment; problem solving skills;
organizational and prioritization skills; ability to type accurately and rapidly. - Current nursing techniques, principles, and practices; staff development and needs assessment techniques; and expertise with computer applications in a Windows based environment
