- Base Salary Range: 36.19-36.19-55.71 per hour (based on experience)

Role Overview:
The Clinical Nurse Coordinator (CNC) is responsible for delivering high-quality, patient-centered care and overseeing all unit operations during assigned shifts. This leadership role requires effective collaboration with staff, a focus on nursing care excellence, and alignment with the organization's mission to achieve outstanding patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee patient admission and discharge processes to ensure seamless care transitions.
- Evaluate and enhance the quality of patient care services in collaboration with management.
- Foster teamwork to achieve improved service outcomes.
- Promote a patient-first philosophy and address service recovery needs.
- Support staff recruitment, training, and development, including managing personnel matters.
- Assist with staff scheduling and maintain productivity standards.
- Ensure proper inventory control and manage supplies and equipment.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of recent leadership experience in an acute care hospital setting, preferably in oncology.
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) required.
- Licensure/Certifications:
- Active RN license in TX or compact state required.
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) certification required.
- ONS Chemotherapy/Biotherapy certification (must be obtained within 60 days of hire).
Additional Information:
- Trauma Level: Level II.
