As Clinical Pharmacist at Euclid Hospital, you will ensure patients receive their prescriptions accurately, timely and respectfully. You will appropriately select, dose, administer and dispense medications as indicated, helping provide patients with the treatments they need to improve their health and well-being. Additionally, you can benefit from the seven nights on-seven nights off schedule, allowing you to maintain a healthy work-life balance, all while making a difference in the lives of patients. A caregiver in this position works nights from 9:00PM - 7:00AM.

This position works 7 nights on 7 nights off with your week starting on Monday at 9 pm.

A caregiver who excels in this role will:
  • Provide safe, efficient, patient-centered and evidence-based medication services.
  • Verify medication orders and/or dispenses medications accurately according to state and federal regulations.
  • Document services in a complete, accurate and timely manner.
  • Actively contribute to medication safety initiatives.
  • Ensure all pharmacy operations are in compliance with national accreditation standards.
  • Directs staff appropriately to provide safe and efficient care and maintain professional working relationships with all caregivers.
  • Educate and train students, residents, other caregivers and/or patients.


Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:
  • PharmD or Bachelor's of Science in Pharmacy from an accredited college of Pharmacy
  • Current State licensure as a Registered Pharmacist (RPh) or eligible for reciprocation in current state within 90 days of hire
  • Completion of a post-graduate year 1 residency (PGY1), fellowship or relevant post-graduate pharmacy


Preferred qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:

Physical Requirements:
  • Typical physical demands include ability to perform the job while standing and walking for prolonged times, approximately 75% of shift and continuously for extended periods of time.
  • Manual dexterity sufficient to perform computer and dispensing functions of the job; ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
  • Position often includes reaching, stretching, stooping, climbing steps and sitting.
  • Must have normal or corrected vision.
  • Must have ability to clearly communicate verbally by phone or in person


Personal Protective Equipment:
  • Follows standard precautions using personal protective equipment as required.
