The County of Colusa Behavioral Health Services Department is seeking a Clinical Program Manager I/II to develop, maintain, and manage clinical programs, ensure the provision of quality services by program staff, supervise, develop, and coach staff in line with department values and clinical philosophy. Supervision & Examples of Duties

CLINICAL PROGRAM MANAGER I:
Under the direction of the Director of Behavioral Health, receives general supervision from the Clinical Deputy Director. Exercised supervision over professional, technical, and clerical staff.

CLINICAL PROGRAM MANAGER II:
Under the direction of the Director of Behavioral Health, receives general supervision from the Clinical Deputy Director and may act as Head of Service in the absence of the Director and Deputy Director of Behavioral Health. Exercised supervision over professional, technical, and clerical staff.
Qualifications

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Any combination of experience and training that would likely provide the required knowledge and abilities is qualifying. A typical way to obtain the knowledge and abilities would be:
CLINICAL PROGRAM MANAGER I
Experience:

Three (3) years of direct clinical experience. Two (2) years of direct experience with a program of specialty.
Training:

Master's degree in social work, marriage and family therapy, psychology, or a related field.
Licensing or Certifications:

A valid State of California driver's license and an acceptable driving record.
Licensure as MFT, MSW, LCSW as required by the Board of Behavioral Sciences or licensure as a psychologist as required by the California Board of Psychology
CLINICAL PROGRAM MANAGER II
Experience:

Three (3) years of direct clinical experience. Two (2) years direct experience with a program of specialty.
AND

Two (2) years of increasingly responsible experience in the clinical management of Behavioral Health and/or prevention programs.
Training:

Master's degree in social work, marriage and family therapy, psychology, or a related field.
Licensing or Certifications:

A valid State of California driver's license and an acceptable driving record.
Licensure as MFT, MSW, LCSW as required by the Board of Behavioral Sciences or licensure as a psychologist as required by the California Board of Psychology

Supplemental Information
Salary based on a 37.5-hour work week.

Clinical Program Manager I: $6,855 - $11,247

Clinical Program Manager II: $7,569 - $12,415

The salary range above consists of 15 steps. Steps 1-6 are annual merit steps with approximately 5% difference between each step, based on successful performance. Steps 7-15 are additional merit steps, requiring 2 years of satisfactory performance at the previous step. Steps 7-14 provide 2.5% increases, while Step 15 offers a 5% increase. The final salary offered will depend on the applicant's experience and qualifications, ranging from steps 1 to 15.
