Job Description:
- Experience as a CI Leader or Clinical project Lead.
- Experience in Transfusion Medicine Inpatient and Outpatient workflows and/or design.
- Experience in Canadian Health Care System a Requirement
- Experience in understanding BC/Canadian TML requirements an asset but not a requirement.
- Has proven experience leading a team of resources, including informatics, business analysts, and working with EHR Build teams.
- Proven experience participating in EHR design and implementations in a lead role, including:
- the identification, mitigation, and management of identified project level risk and issues.
- Documentation and reporting of project status through project governance processes.
- Has strong written documentation skills, including but not limited SBARs, Briefing Notes, Governance Decision Tickets, Project Status Updates
- Experience in the following tools required: JIRA, Confluence, Excel, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Visio
- Working knowledge of MS Project role for project management and the importance of resource allocation, resource levelling, and slack management
- Ability to facilitate project team scrums as necessary to track and manage work deliverables and escalations.
- Strong organizational skills abilities and managing multiple tracks of work or competing priorities.
- Includes organization of own work and deliverables as well as supporting the organization of the team as a whole to ensure the project stays on track and on time to meet its deliverables.
- Has demonstrated experience in leading a project through design, into implementation.
