Job Overview:
As the Clinical Director you will lead all clinical initiatives to ensure the safe and effective use of the client's device within the cath lab environment. Your primary responsibilities will include overseeing the development and execution of clinical training programs, supporting the onboarding and education of healthcare professionals, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive clinical excellence. This role requires strategic leadership in managing clinical operations, expanding clinical adoption, and ensuring high standards of patient care through comprehensive education and training. Additionally, you will play a key role in supporting new site activations, training distribution partners, and contributing to the overall clinical strategy for the device. Your expertise and leadership will be pivotal in positioning the device as a trusted solution for vascular closure.

Developing and Maintaining External Relationships
Opening New Clinical Sites
Training and Development of Clinical Staff and Distribution Partners
Assisting in Clinical Program Development
Monitoring and Evaluating Clinical Programs
Addressing Barriers to Quality Clinical Services
Qualifications:
Strong knowledge of cath lab procedures and vascular closure techniques.
Bachelor's degree in a healthcare-related field.
Relevant experience in clinical training or education within the medical device and
healthcare industry.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
Flexibility to travel to various healthcare facilities for on-site training sessions.
