Job Purpose
ABS' Software as a Service (SaaS) applications are critical for business operations. The Cloud Administrator is responsible for maintaining their reliability and functionality. The incumbent will support the SaaS applications including but not limited to CRM, ERP, Middleware, Enterprise Architecture Management, Business Rule Engine, Contract Management System, and eCommerce platform. Additionally, the Cloud Administrator will interface and support, as needed, the System Administrator team who mainly support infrastructure, identity management, cybersecurity, and meetings/events.
This role will advance the mission, strategy, brand, and growth potential of ABS through the secure, effective and impactful application of technology. This position reports to the Director of Technical Services.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Setting up and configuring Cloud-based SaaS applications, ensuring they align with business requirements.
- Managing user access, permissions, and customizations within these platforms.
- Assisting with integrating Cloud-based SaaS applications with other systems.
- Ensuring data consistency, security, and compliance across platforms.
- Providing technical support to end-users in the use of applications.
- Monitoring licenses, subscriptions, and costs associated with Cloud-based SaaS applications.
- Working with Legal and our vCISO to ensure data privacy and compliance with regulations (e.g., GDPR).
- Collaborating with security teams to address vulnerabilities.
- Interacting with SaaS vendors, understanding updates, and evaluating new features.
- Secondary role of providing system administrator support with the priority being support of Cloud-based SaaS applications.
- Work with Manager and Director of Professional Development to coordinate and conduct training on the use of Cloud-based SaaS Applications at the organization.
- Assist in the management of O365 Teams, and SharePoint sites and libraries for file sharing.
Essential Skills and Competencies
- Passion for the Bible cause and its ability to impact lives
- Fervent belief in the mission of the American Bible Society
- Ability to write technical documentation for related projects
- Experience with Cloud-based SaaS Application Management
- Experience in project management, and change management in an enterprise environment
- Experience with cloud services configuration, maintenance and support
- Experience with web services is a plus
- Knowledge of NIST framework is a plus
