Cloud and AI Business Strategist

As a Cloud and AI Business Strategist Consultant for AG Consulting Partners, a typical day might include the following:

• Partnering with senior leaders to develop strategy and overseeing the execution of ethical AI transformation of a team.
• Providing thought leadership on major technological shifts, including generative AI.
• Engaging with top customers to help formulate their generative AI strategies. The position requires a background in strategy, consulting, or product management.
• Defining and delivering on long-term roadmaps in collaboration with key stakeholders.
• Driving operational excellence and strategic initiatives across the organization. The role requires strong leadership skills and experience in mobilizing cross-functional teams.

Requirements

You have:

• 5+ years of experience in business strategy, management consulting, or a similar strategic role in a tech-forward environment.
• Proven experience driving strategy development and execution in a cloud, AI, or enterprise technology setting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data and trends into actionable insights.
• Experience developing and presenting executive-level strategic recommendations.
• Excellent communication skills-both written and verbal-with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
• Ability to build relationships and collaborate across disciplines such as engineering, product, marketing, and finance.
• Comfort working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with evolving priorities.
• Ability to travel to the Redmond campus up to four days a week.

You might also have:

• Previous experience working within or alongside large cloud/AI-focused tech companies.
• Familiarity with Responsible AI principles and ethical technology practices.
• Knowledge of Azure, M365, Copilot, etc.
• MBA or advanced degree in business, public policy, computer science, or a related field.
• Prior experience in product strategy or innovation-focused roles.

The compensation for this position is tailored to reflect your unique skill set, relevant experience, and the current dynamics of the job market. We strive to ensure that our compensation package is competitive and fair, taking into account various factors to provide a rewarding opportunity for our team members.

The annual salary range for this role is: 180,000 - 210,000 in addition to our comprehensive benefits package.
